Carol:

Prone to silence, Carol is a powerful medium, able to call upon spirits. With jet black hair and olive skin, Carol appears to be an import form some far away land. But she speaks with no accent and speaks only when she has something important to say.
Carol is a very successful medium, appearing on TV and radio shows all over the country before the end came. She is a tall woman of 55, strong and confident. She would make a small fortune on the psychic fair circuit for her appearances, giving talks and calling out audience members for greetings from a dead relative.

She and Beth had been friends for many years before Beth gave her the awful news of what would befall the world, as a result of the Grimm Reaper entering into the news.

Carol reluctantly agreed to join Beth in her bunker. She passed the warning on to her brothers, tucked away in the mountains to the west and to her sisters living overseas. Her conscience clear, she descended into the underground bunker along with Beth, Jenny and Sally.
